Eight years ago he had the chiseled physique you see now, Andre Crews was like most guys: an average Joe who wanted more out of life and his body.

He had been a banker poring over financials in the Pittsburgh headquarters of PNC, and by night he was a party animal having a taste for Jameson Irish whiskey. There and here he would squeeze in a workout or a run, however, his body — at 200 lbs, the weight he is was flab than muscle.
